1/25/1948 Kit Kennedy, San Francsico. Born Morristown, New Jersey.

1/25/50 Roy Mash, San Rafael was born and raised in Detroit.

1/31 CB (Lyn) Follett, Sausalito. Born  New York., lived in Palo Alto, San Francisco and Marin County.

3/30 Mary Rudge, Alameda.

4/21/1942 John Oliver Simon, Berkeley. Born New York City, lived mostly in Berkeley.

5/8/1957 Rebecca Foust. Born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, where "I lived until age 17," then came to Stanford Law School in 1979. Has lived in Bay Area since 1982, in Ross since 1997.

6/30/1953 Jannie M. Dresser, An Army baby, born  at Fort Belvoir,Virginia, lived in Germany in infancy, raised in Fresno, California. Oakland/Berkeley 1979-2009, now in Crockett.

7/4 Rose Black was born in Washington, D.C., and lived there and in Clifton, Virginia throughout her childhood. She moved to the Bay Area in 1969, and has lived in Oakland for more than 30 years.

7/27/ 1939 Marvin R. Hiemstra, San Francisco. "I was born in Pella, Iowa, a Dutch immigrant community on the windswept prairie. After two college degrees and a time in New York City and in Amsterdam, I settled in radiant San Francisco 43 years ago."

8/1/1949 Dale Jensen, Berkeley. "I was born in Oakland and have lived in Berkley most f my adult life, except for a couple of years in Toronto and a year in Santa Cruz."

8/6/1934 Diane DiPrima, San Francisco Poet Laureate, born in Brooklyn.

 8/9/1940 Jack Foley, Oakland. Born in New Jersey.

  8/22 Jan Steckel, Oakland

9/27/1947 Claire J. Baker. Born in Berkeley and living in Pinole.

9/30/1954 Joan Gelfand. Born in New York City; raised in Brooklyn and Forest Hills. Bay Area since 1972.

10/8/1922 Adam David Miller. Born South Carolina. Served in U.S. Navy and as English teacher at Oakland's Laney College. Lives in Berkeley.

10/20 Rafael Jesus Gonzalez, Berkeley. Born in Texas.

10/20/1932 Michael McClure, San Francisco. Born in Kansas. 

11/23/1946 Jan Dederick. Born in Newburgh, New York and now living in El Cerrito.

12/3 Pireeni Sundaralingam. Born in Sri Lankan, raised in London. Now in San Francisco.

12/4/1943 Randy Fingland, Berkeley. "I had moved 18 times by the time I was 16, up and down the East Coast, the south, Canada (mother is Canadian), and finally to St. Louis where I went to High School, then college in Los Angeles. I moved to Berkeley from Chicago where I've been for 40 years."
